Racing crews made up of Polish yachtsmen abroad and from foreign clubs cooperating with them in countries of their activity.
Racing crews of yacht clubs from Pogoria lakes, members of Yacht Club of Poland Association (YKP) and, according to available capacity (ca. 60 persons) other sailing clubs from Poland.
Invited guests, supporters, organizers. Total up to 100 persons.
Limited capacity requires initial declaration of interest followed by reservation of placing: entry form received and filled up, entrance fee paid and placing acknowledged by organizers.

12. Aim of the event
The event has a character of international sporting competition. However it has another aim of equal importance. It is a wide promotion of the set of lakes known under the common name of POGORIA with numbers 1 to 4, a veritable Silesian lake-land which is a splendid place for holidays, active tourism and all kinds of water sports. During the event all participants will have an opportunity to personally test the value and standards of the Dąbrowa Górnicza town and its region.
13. The cost of participation and travel
The event is sponsored by Dąbrowa Górnicza Mayor's Office.
Participants pay only an entry fee of 200 PLN or equivalent in foreign currency which is paid on presentation of an entry form - plus the costs of his own travel to the venue in Poland: Silesian voivodship, Dąbrowa Górnicza, ul Żeglarska 14.
There is a suggestion to foreign participants about the possible use of Katowice-Pyrzowice airport (KTW) used by numerous airlines including the low costs ones such as RyanAir, WizzAir, Central Wings etc.
